Country Club View Park
The Equipment
A standard swing set with two bucket seats for wee ones along with two regular swings. The main structure contains four slides, a mini set of steel climbing rings, a tic-tac-toe board and a tunnel great for using gross motor skills.
The Scene
Nestled in the Country Club View neighborhood is a quaint park. Unlike some neighborhoods, Country Club View has a nice sized parking lot. From there, follow the paved trails past the tennis and basketball courts to access the playground. The playground sits in full sun, but the nice thing is that the area is so quiet and calming. We heard birds singing and a random dog barking in a backyard. The playground isn’t huge, but it’s a decent size and in a good location. Next to the playground is a bike rack and there is plenty of open space to set up a picnic or play ball.
