About Me

The "paleolithic," "stone age," "cave man," or "neanderthal" diet plan plans have been with us for a while and there are quite a few books that have been developed on the topic.
Usually, with a only few minor constructive criticisms, I would think they're directly on point, and will benefit the health of yours and definitely the fat reduction efforts of yours.

A "Paleo Diet" or "cave man" diet is really really like the bodybuilding diets I usually recommend and this's most definitely a great way get very lean, quite fast.
On physique match diet programs (bodybuilding, fitness, figure, etc), you go out of the lean proteins, lean meats, seeds and nuts, the green vegetables (fibrous carbs), and some fresh fruit in the diet, while reducing or getting rid of ALL unhealthy food and Some of the cereals as well as starches. (usually the milk products go too).
With regards to optimum fat loss, the removal or reduction of grains as well as calorie dense starchy carbohydrates in favor of lean protein and veggies will certainly help speed the weight reduction procedure - even if that's only as it lowers caloric density of the food intake, though there are some other factors.
Lean protein (fish and meat) + fat that are good & nuts + lots of green vegetables + some fruit = a lean body!
And that's essentially what the "paleolithic" diets recommend, because the principle there is to eat like our "stone age" ancestors did - before there is McDonalds, coca Cola and Other junk food.
The concept would be that since our genetic code (the human genome) has changed under 0.02 percent in 40,000 years, that implies that people continue to be expecting to acquire exactly the same foods and alpilean ingredients (hyperlink) nutrients they had been getting 40,000 years back.
