The Equipment
The play structure appears dated because you don’t see a lot of equipment nowadays made of wood. However, there are new elements mixed into the treehouse like a pair of plastic hammock seats. The treehouse has a wooden ladder, ropes to climb in addition to a rock style climbing wall. There is also a plastic hammock like swing to the side of the treehouse almost appearing to be disconnected from it. Little ones can take a turn on the see saw or be the captain of their own ship. The swing set is brand new with a special needs and bucket swing. On the other side of the playground are a pair of standard swings.
The Scene
Located in a neighborhood, the park has a playground, basketball court, tennis court, soccer field and small parking lot. We were there along with two other families and enjoyed our visit while our children played with one another. While I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit this park, it has a quirkiness about it that I like.
Age Recommendation
Best for ages 2-7.
Restrooms
Next to the park is a pool house that has bathrooms available when open.
