The Equipment
The main structure is in full shade while the swing set is partially covered by trees. The main unit comprises a rock wall with great support footing and a chain “rope” to assist with the climb. Other climbing equipment includes two kinds of ladders, corkscrew, and monkey bars. A double slide and a spiral slide add to the mix. Two baby swings and two regular swings even out this well maintained play space.
The Scene
In the Cabots Point neighborhood rests a small park in a cul-de-sac. The community is quiet and we even spotted a fawn roaming through someone’s yard! There is no parking per say, but there are some unmarked spaces to the diagonal left. Pay attention to the sign and avoid the private drive. There are a few benches and a great, large open area which would be a great place for a picnic.
